Knutsford's King Street is narrow, Italianate in patches thanks to the Gaskell Tower, and threaded with ginnels and courtyards, so the prettiest addresses in town are also the ones where we plan the walk from van to door most carefully. Behind that single eccentric street the town relaxes: Edwardian villas off Legh Road, good semis, and modern closes out towards the heath.
That fixed Tuesday is the whole reason this costs £10 a week rather than £30. We are not making a special trip to Knutsford, we are already there, so you get the van at route cost instead of one-off cost. Pick whichever Tuesday suits you when you book.
Mobberley, High Legh and Ollerton are all WA16 and share Knutsford's Tuesday run at the same price.
King Street and the courtyards off it: the piano walks the last stretch on the trolley, we agree the parking spot in advance and it all works. Everywhere else is standard Cheshire delivery, drives and level fronts, plain price as the default. Mobberley, High Legh and Ollerton are village Cheshire, farmhouses and cottages where a line about the approach and the doorway covers it.
Stairs are £99 per floor, and that covers carrying it up now and back down at the end. A lift only removes the charge if it is about 1.2 metres deep, because the piano travels standing on its end.
